Our colleague Jelena Djuric participated in a panel discussion during the China - Europe International Symposium on Software Engineering Education. The panel brought together industry representativesy, including companies like Vega IT and StudentVentures, with professors and deans from leading technical universities in China. The discussion focused on how universities can adapt their programs to better align the skills and knowledge of young engineers with industry needs, and how collaboration between industry and academia, through internships, scholarships, and mentorships, helps nurture new talent. Such initiatives strengthen the connection between education and practical application, creating professionals well-prepared for the challenges of the industry. 🤝 #TechEducation #LifeIsOn

Last two weeks we were visited by the client WEC Energy Group from Wisconsin. Together we have successfully implemented the first round of testing SE ADMS 3.10 solutions. 🙌 During the stay, the client made a presentation about his company, the scope and timeline of the project, as well as the reasons for choosing our solution. The client also shared his impressions of working with Schneider Electric so far. The great attendance of the presentation also speaks of this importance. In addition to business activities, there were networking activities as well. One of them was the Schneider Electric Serbia Business Run in Belgrade, where clients had the opportunity to experience the most sustainable race in Serbia with our colleagues. Omladinski savez udruženja OPENS / OPENS Youth Alliance launched a great project "Girls in the world of technology" with which they won an award at the "Youth Innovation For A Sustainable Future" competition, whose winners are sponsored by the Schneider Electric company. This project empowers girls aged 14 to 18 to choose technical professions. A number of educational workshops were held on various topics, the aim of which was to familiarize the participants with digital technologies. 👩🏻💻 As part of this project, we also organized a visit of the participants to the InGrid building in Novi Sad, where we introduced them to the work of the Schneider Electric company and showed them our working environment.
