At UC RUSAL, we are proud to drive innovation with our latest AI-powered container control technology. Currently under testing at the Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Smelter (KrAZ), this advanced system creates a virtual twin of the terminal, utilizing machine vision and high-precision positioning to recognize and track containers. By recording the location and identification numbers of containers awaiting aluminium loading, we are revolutionizing logistics efficiency. Our efforts have been recognized with the ComNews Awards 2024 for "Best Digital Logistics Solution," presented on December 6 in Moscow. This award is a testament to the ingenuity of our Engineering Department and our commitment to digital transformation. At UC RUSAL, we frequently welcome students from schools, colleges, and universities to our production sites. However, it's not every day that we host journalists and bloggers. Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming well-known bloggers and journalists from both federal and industry media, who joined us on a trip to Khakassia, the homeland of RUSAL. During the visit, we showcased the operations of the Sayanogorsk and Khakass Aluminium Plants, providing a glimpse into the work of two of our most significant facilities—one of the oldest and one of the newest within our company. We also toured the foil production facility at SAYANAL. At RUSAL, we are always excited to share the fascinating world of metallurgy with those eager to learn more. We believe in offering a firsthand look at our operations and look forward to future opportunities to connect with media professionals passionate about our industry. Check out Sayanogorsk and our industrial sites. #RUSAL #MediaDay #ThoughtLeadership #LowCarbonAluminium #Facilities
