  • 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 At the heart of technology implementation in #healthcare lies the health worker—be they clinicians or non-clinicians. For initiatives to succeed, it is imperative that these professionals possess the right skills and competencies. Unfortunately, training often comes late in the planning process, typically placed just before rollout and evaluation. This raises a critical question for us as work plan developers: Why isn’t capacity-building for the users prioritized at the outset? We must shift our focus and prioritize the development of health workers’ skills when designing interventions. Only then can we ensure that our technology truly meets the needs of those who will be using it in the field. What are your thoughts on integrating training earlier in the planning process? Share your insights! #UnlockingThePowerOfAI #HealthcareInnovation #FutureOfHealth

  • 🔍 Who Are We Training at #AHTS24? Identifying the health workers we are training is essential for impactful capacity building. We must define a clear archetype that includes both the current workforce and the future health professionals we seek to cultivate. Understanding their specific needs ensures our training is demand-driven and relevant. Let’s focus on where they work and the skills they truly require to elevate their practice. This approach guarantees that our digital skill development is not merely for the sake of training but is aligned with the actual demands of healthcare today. 💡 What skills do you believe are crucial for today’s health workforce? Share your insights! #UnlockingThePowerOfAI #HealthcareInnovation #FutureOfHealth
