As Africa’s digital payments infrastructure evolves, two Singapore-based fintech firms are expanding their footprint on the continent. Liquid Group, a global digital payment solutions provider, partners with banks in Rwanda and Ghana to facilitate cross-border trade payments between Asia and Africa. “We essentially use Rwanda to cover our East Africa outreach and Ghana to cover West Africa,” said Jeremy Tan, founder and CEO of Liquid Group.
