🌍 Exciting news from E-TEK! 👷♀ One of our directors recently participated in the National Stakeholder Consultation Workshop held by Trinity Metals Group in Rwanda, focused on fostering responsible mining practices. This initiative aims to ensure that local communities and the environment benefit from our operations.   During this session, Jeanette Erasmus conducted training on Integrated Closure Planning, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable practices. Meet Shane Ryan Our New Chief Operating Officer. Shane is an accomplished mining executive with a proven track record of delivering results across diverse mining methodologies and a range of commodities in international market such as, vanadium, high-purity alumina, rare earths, copper, tin, tantalum, lithium and gold. He has fulfilled several Senior roles, including, Technical Services Manager at Malaco Mining Group, Mine Manager (SSE) at Mt Cuthbert Resources, Technical Services Manager and Alternate General Manager at Piran Resources in Rwanda and General Manager of Operations at Mt Cuthbert Group. In his latest role Shane worked as Chief Operating Officer and SSE at Vecco Group, overseeing the development of one of the world's largest vanadium projects in Northwest Queensland, with downstream battery electrolyte processing facilities in Townsville, the USA, and Europe. Shane combines his deep technical knowledge with a strategic vision to drive sustainable and profitable growth in complex mining operations worldwide.
