Trecifret millionhandel. Kristensen Properties A/S har sammen med Alma Property Partners betalt 220 mio. kr. for en ejendom på Strøget i København, der hidtil har været ejet af kapitalforvalteren abrdn. Handlen følger efter anden i nabolaget, og ifølge Kristensen Properties' vicedirektør Jeppe Lynge Larsen sker den til et afkastkrav på "et godt stykke" over 5 pct. Hidtil har ejendommen været bogført til 235 mio. kr. på baggrund af et afkastkrav på 4,35 pct.

It has acquired a portfolio of eight care properties for approximately 30 million euros from Hoivarakentajat Oy. Lumme Palvelukiinteistöt, which is a jointly owned by Alma Property Partners and senior members of the operating team, aims to become a leading owner of care and other social service properties in Finland. Hen over weekenden flyttede en del af de nye beboere ind i Smedekær, de 200 første boliger i den nye bydel, der skal udvikles over de næste mange år. Hersted er et spændende og ambitiøst omdannelsesprojekt, Albertslund Kommune har igangsat, som vi er glade for at bidrage til. Så i torsdags, på årets hidtil varmeste dag, fejrede vi en vellykket aflevering og et godt samarbejde både internt og ikke mindst med vores gode joint venture-partner Alma Property Partners. Nu glæder vi os til at se de nye naboer skabe liv i vinduerne og tage området i brug.
