Ecohelix creates new sustainable materials from wood. Our technology enables the utilization of hemicellulose and lignin to create WOODMER® biopolymer, which can be used in numerous daily life products as a high performing and highly sustainable material component. For example, as a component for barrier applications in packaging solutions, environmentally friendly surface treatment chemical in paper&board solutions, as a pigment dispersant in paints or an emulsifier in cosmetics products. There are many identified application areas in adhesives, construction materials and textiles as well and, our R&D team works closely together with our customers to commercialize those applications. See how our technology works. Ecohelix process animation video shows, how we turn a hard to handle and currently underutilized side stream into a valuable product. https://lnkd.in/diErFswZ
