The new spaces adhere to the latest accessibility, biophilic design and sustainability standards, helped by the repurposing of existing components. A focus on furniture pieces (thanks, SENAB and Edsbyn) allows the #workplace to flex without the use of partitions; midfloor spines create meeting spaces and utilise areas in the centre of the floor plate, providing desk users with plentiful natural light; and acoustic glazing elements provide confidentiality and reduce noise. The office now encourages collaboration and social interaction, making employees feel part of a community.
