Founded in Åre, Sweden🇸🇪 but taking inspiration from their time spent skiing the Alps, the founders of Elevenate set out in 2010 to design skiwear that they wanted to wear themselves. Skiwear that feels like a second skin... 💡Fun fact straight from the founder, Sara Rönngren: The name “Elevenate” is derived from the idea of making “elevens,” or in other words; straight-lining on a pair of skis. Combined with the idea of the elevated, euphoric feeling you get when you’re completely present doing something you love. We’re honored that the Cabane Mont-Fort team has been sporting our gear all season long. The iconic Cabane Mont Fort in Verbier holds a special place in our hearts. Our founders Sara and Jimmy lived in Verbier for many years, and it’s been a frequent destination and second home for Elevenate ever since. This week we had the pleasure of hosting a special visit from Italian skier Elisabeth Glaser and representatives from GORE-TEX, Linus Hallberg, and Andreas Totsås. Elisabeth has been rocking it with us all season following her victory in the PURE 100 competition that we co-hosted earlier this autumn of becoming a GORE-TEX and Elevenate talent. Elisabeth now visited Elevenate at our home grounds in Åre as part of her prize. The sun blessed us with a visit as we explored Åreskutan alongside our legend and community manager Reine Barkered, also developer of the Pure 100 jacker. We claim there is no better local guide to the ultimate freeride experience of Åreskutan than Reine, Born and raised on this mountain. We had the privilege of skiing in perfect spingsnow-conditons and looking at upcoming FW24 collection updates at our headquarters. Thank you for this week.
