Today is Restart a Heart Day! Restart a Heart Day is a global initiative aimed at raising awareness about CPR and encouraging more people to get trained in responding to cardiac emergencies. Performing CPR and using an AED early can significantly improve the chances of survival for someone experiencing cardiac arrest. When cardiac arrest occurs, every second is crucial. Survival rates increase significantly if a defibrillator is used quickly; however, for every minute without CPR and defibrillation, the chances of survival drop by approximately 10%. The vast majority of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests (OHCA) happen at home, where a public defibrillator is often not available. At Everdrone, we recognize the vital role of rapid response, which is why we’re committed to advancing emergency response technology. Our system can deliver an AED within minutes, placing it just a few meters from the front door to ensure that critical equipment is available precisely when and where it is needed most. Learn how to use an AED with this quick guide: https://lnkd.in/dknvMFHv Together, we can make a difference! #RestartAHeartDay #LearnCPR #SaveLives #Everdrone #HLR

Earlier this week, Everdrone CEO, Mats Sällström, participated in a dynamic panel debate at the International Drone Show in Odense. A special thanks to Kjeld Jensen for his excellent moderation, and to the other insightful panelists Marianne Harbo Frederiksen, and Fredrik Folke. Below are some key takeaways: 1. In the next few years, the most significant advancements in the drone industry will occur within the drone ecosystem as a whole, rather than through individual technologies. 2. Addressing challenges in drone technology and regulations is essential, but these efforts are futile without centering operations around actual user needs and a solid business case. 3. Successful drone programs, like all innovations, require deep involvement from end-users throughout the development process. No company, regardless of its expertise, can achieve a strong market fit without close collaboration with its users.
