The Turkish Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, in collaboration with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchange (TOBB), is progressing on the next phase of KKDIK implementation. A recent meeting with industry leaders has led to a draft circular focused on addressing crucial industry concerns, including: 🔸 New deadlines for Late Pre-Registrations (LPRs) 🔸 Clear rules for Lead Registrant (LR) elections and data sharing 🔸 Establishment of work groups for ongoing support, dispute resolution, and guidance This draft circular, expected to be finalized by the end of 2024, is set to bring greater clarity and improved support for registrants.
