🚨 Kick-start update! 🚨 Another week with our Kick-Starters has come and gone, but what a week we’ve had! 🙌 👩🏽🎤 We welcomed a former Kick-Starter, Linda Cordoba who shared her personal journey to one of the largest employers in southern Sweden, IKEA – Ingka. It’s always a fantastic feeling to have our Kick-Starters return and meet our new participants to give them encouragement that one day they will reach their goal too. 👩💻 We also learned from Marie Sandman about creating an optimal CV that communicates the jobseeker’s skills and writing an interesting cover letter/personal letter. Marie followed up on Friday with taking us through the interview process. This part of the job seeking process is so different than many other countries; therefore, Kick-Starters need extra support in understanding how it works here in Sweden. 💬 We say to all the companies out there, keep your eyes open for our international talent, they are getting ready to be part of your organization! 🌍
