On June 28, 2024, We were honored to welcome Cui Aimin, the Chinese Ambassador to Sweden, to visit our company. During the meeting, Ambassador Cui praised our market engagement and new opportunities for China-Sweden trade, emphasized legal compliance, community integration, risk management, and safety, urging care for employees and production safety. Ambassador Cui expressed hope for strengthened collaboration with Swedish companies like Northvolt to enrich and promote China-Sweden trade relations. We were very touched by the warmth and care from the embassy and highlighted our partnership with Northvolt and commitment to a sustainable supply chain that enhances China-Sweden trade cooperation.

As a manufacturing company, we have many excellent blue-collar employees, and their hard work makes Kedali better and better. Today, we would like to introduce you to Soladawan, or as we usually call her, Jayda. She is a Team leader of the Production Department. And here is something she wants to share. - As a front-line employee of a manufacturing company, what attracts you most about Kedali? "The best thing is the communal spirit of Kedali work community. As an employee, I also feel that Kedali cares about employees. Last year, I was sick and dealing with cancer treatments, I got support from the company and my Manager, including everyone from my production team. It’s a lot of care, and I really appreciate that. I also really like my job, the challenges it brings, and the opportunity to learn, grow and develop myself. I find my work as a production team leader to be both fascinating and challenging at the same time. My days are versatile and varied." - What is the most unforgettable experience in the work process? "My role as a production team leader I have wonderful coworkers in my Department and that is the most unforgettable thing. It feels like the perfect start to my career. I've been able to learn how to handle real-world challenges and collaborate effectively within a team. I feel truly inspired when I think about how the experience will help me develop even more. " - As a longtime employee, how do you think Kedali has changed from the past? "I’ve been working at Kedali since 8 April 2022. When I joined, we had only 1 production line. This year, Kedali has shown that it can develop even more than it did two years ago. Now, we have more lines, and we have improved many processes and created a good foundation. I'm learning a lot by actually doing things in my day-to-day work." - What advice can you give someone wanting to join Kedali? "Be open and start with something new. Kedali is always giving you a chance."
