Hello. We are Lindex. And we believe in doing things together. Because two are more than one and together we can make a greater impact. We exist to empower and inspire women everywhere. All we do, all we say, we are doing it for her. It really defines who we are and gives us that higher purpose. In the stores, on the screen, when we act and say what we mean. We believe we all have the power to empower. And along the way we have great supporters. We are like a big family here. And just like any family, they make you take the next step. And the next. Because in the fashion industry you can’t sit still. And we like to lead the way. Big words we know. But from big words we grow. We are a growing fashion company, making a difference. And we really think we can make things better. For the women, for the kids, for the future. Therefore, we will never stop our journey in becoming even more sustainable. That is our promise.     🎤 Say hello to Hana, whose journey at Lindex started in 2008! We took the opportunity to ask her about her journey. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅? ‘I work as a Business Controller for our markets in Central Europe. My job involves finance and business, including sales analysis, KPI tracking, cost control, reporting, and providing management with decision-making information. I handle budgeting, store financial routines, and ensure compliance with Lindex's concepts and local laws.‘ 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅. ‘I started at Lindex in 2008 as a Store Manager, which was fun and inspirational, meeting many interesting colleagues and customers. In 2018 I took on the role of Security Manager for our markets in Central Europe, ensuring compliance with safety and security rules, before becoming a Business Controller in 2020.’ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅? ‘One thing that was and always is very important for me personally is the support and trust from my colleagues and leaders that help me to learn from my mistakes and to overcome obstacles.’ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿? ‘My job itself is about constant learning and besides, there is so much going on in Lindex right now. So how to choose only one thing? But as a fan of digitalisation, I welcome everything new that I can learn and improve in this area.’

    Stockmann’s parent company Lindex Group plc has appointed Henrik Henriksson, M.B.A., Finance and General Management, as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Group Management Team.     🎤 Say hello to Marie, whose journey at Lindex started in 2009! We took the opportunity to ask her about her journey at Lindex. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅? 'I work as a DC Supervisor at our warehouse in Partille. Right now, I’m working with our test group, which is preparing for the move to our new omnichannel distribution centre in Alingsås.' 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁? 'I started as a Material Handler in 2009 at the cross-dock department before taking on the role Deputy Supervisor in 2013, rotating through various departments. After a temporary role in transport and logistics, I returned to Deputy Supervisor. In 2022, I felt it was time for me to further develop in my leadership role, so I applied for the position I’m in now as DC Supervisor.' 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅? 'I have always had the opportunity to develop and try new things at Lindex. It feels great to have that trust. Both testing different roles within the company and participating in various projects.' 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅? 'There are many memories with all the wonderful colleagues I have and have had over the years, but one event that stands out a bit more is when Lindex turned 60. Another unforgettable event will be our move into our new distribution centre, something I am very much looking forward to.' #togetheratlindex

    We're excited to share that the Science Based Targets initiative has approved our climate target! We aim to reduce our absolute greenhouse gas emissions from our own operations and value chain by 42 per cent by 2030, with 2022 as our baseline. As part of the Lindex Group, we share the common goal of reducing climate emissions across the Group. The SBTi's validation shows that Lindex Group's climate strategy and targets meet the Paris Agreement standards, proving they are backed by solid science. “SBTi's validation encourages us to continue accelerating climate actions while growing our business profitably and sustainably. The validation is an important milestone in our journey to reduce climate impacts and our systematic approach has already resulted in significant emission reductions. In 2023, we reduced Lindex Group's total greenhouse gas emissions by 11 per cent compared to 2022,” says our CEO Susanne Ehnbåge

    This week, the Feminista of the Year gala, hosted by 'Femina,' took place. The event celebrated women who have made an impression, inspired others, and made a significant difference in society. During the gala, we had the honour of handing out our very own Lindex award and we are happy to announce Jenny Larsson as the well-deserved winner with the following motivation: ‘She not only shatters norms and prejudices about what a person with CP can do, she is also a role model in parenthood. With admirable patience and a large dose of humour, she shows the way, whether it's putting on socks or doing crafts for Easter. We hope this ‘funkivist’ continues to steer us right.’ Jenny Larsson has gained over 100 000 followers on Instagram where she shares what it’s like to live with CP and being a mother.

    Today marks an important occasion: Menstrual Hygiene Day. It's a day to break the silence surrounding menstruation and challenge the taboos and stigma that still surround it. Despite menstruation being a natural part of life with half of the world's population experiencing it, the topic remains a controversial subject surrounded by shame, taboos and stigma. This cultural silence maintains a cycle of shame and misinformation, hindering open discussions and access to proper menstrual health education and products. Breaking through these barriers is essential for promoting gender equality, bodily autonomy, and overall well-being for women. That’s why we continue to drive this cause, raise awareness, collaborate for positive impact and innovate to remove hinders for all women and girls out there.     Our Studio Collection in collaboration with OnceMore® is here featuring unique, blossoming styles inspired by Swedish flora 🌼 OnceMore is a unique, innovative process for large-scale textile recycling of mixed materials. The process combines recycled textile with wood fibres to create a pure and high-quality dissolving pulp that can be used to create a new type of viscose fibre. Our collaboration with Södra, the entity behind OnceMore, started in 2022 and is an important step in our circular transformation, where we want to increase the reuse of materials and reduce the use of virgin raw material.
