🚀 At the Berghs School of Communication AI Unconference 2024, our Product Innovation Manager Keke Fredrik Rahnasto shared some key insights into how we at Mynewsdesk build AI solutions with both ethics and customer trust at the forefront. In our efforts to automate processes, we didn’t want to replace the communicator – rather, we aimed to provide them with effective and smart support.
