This marks the fifth time Qred has appeared on the FT's prestigious list – an achievement not replicated by any other Swedish company before. As Qred celebrates its tenth anniversary in March 2025, it is on track to surpass SEK 1 billion in annual revenue for the first time. As the new Head of Strategy, Thomas Vetander will lead our efforts to grow and develop the firm in the years ahead. Since joining in 2006, Thomas has been instrumental in building up the healthcare sector and will continue his role as a deal partner alongside his new responsibilities. Joakim Andreasson becomes Co-Head of Services & Industrial Tech. Since joining in 2008, Joakim has played a significant role in developing a successful specialised approach within the Advanced Services sub-sector, with deep expertise on circular business models and sustainable transformations. He has also been a key figure in numerous successful investments and exits over the years. These changes are designed to ensure operational excellence across our organisation. With aligned strategic capabilities and leadership, Nordic Capital will be better positioned to achieve its goals and drive sustainable firm-wide growth going forward.
