  • Progress isn’t always linear – but that doesn’t mean we should stop moving. Last week, we attended Women in Tech Gothenburg and left with plenty to think about. Conversations about inclusion, AI bias, and workplace equality aren’t just about fairness —they’re about business success and innovation. We were also proud to see Vera R from our team share her insights during the fireside chat, adding to the discussion on how companies can move from policy to real action. Here are our three biggest takeaways from the event.

  • A warm welcome to our new agency directors: Kaj and Karin! Our CEO Henrik Segergren is stepping into a new role as Nordic Head for iO, strengthening collaboration across the Nordics. This shift means that two familiar faces are placed in the spotlight: Kaj Leissner and Karin Rödlix. Having previously led Design & Technology and Branding & Communication, they are now taking on the leadership of our agency together. "iO is growing fast, and the Nordic collaboration is more important than ever. This leadership change has been in the works for a while, and we’re already seeing great results," says Henrik Segergren. Karin Rödlix adds, "It’s full speed ahead, and the energy is incredible. This duo setup means greater accessibility, faster decisions, and a strong mix of brand and tech perspectives." Kaj Leissner continues, "Working together with Karin is an honor.
