Nous sommes ravis d'annoncer que Voi a été sélectionné comme opérateur exclusif de trottinettes et vélos électriques au Havre pour les 4 prochaines années ! 🎉 La Métropole du Havre est un territoire d’innovation qui a accompagné par des politiques publiques volontaristes le développement des mobilités douces. Nous souhaitons faire du Havre une vitrine de ce que les mobilités douces peuvent faire de mieux en France. À partir de janvier 2025, nous y déploierons 1 000 trottinettes et 350 vélos électriques de dernière génération. Le déploiement des vélos électriques est inédit au Havre. Voi est fière d’être l’opérateur qui lancera le service de vélos électriques pour la première fois sur le territoire. We are excited to announce that Voi has completed its first-ever bond issuance, successfully placing EUR 50 million of senior secured bonds under a total framework of EUR 125 million. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be applied towards Voi’s ambitions to scale our current 110 000 e-scooter and e-bike fleets, refinance existing debt, and for general corporate purposes of the group. The offering received strong demand from large and reputable Nordic and international institutional investors and the bond issue was significantly oversubscribed, highlighting the strong investor confidence in Voi’s expansion strategy, current and future financial profile as well as the overall future of the micromobility industry. Voi’s CEO and Co-founder, Fredrik Hjelm, said: “This is a big day for the industry. 🚀 At Voi we are committed to fostering innovation and collaboration within our teams. Recently, we brought together our Backend and Platform engineers for a day in our Stockholm warehouse dedicated to tech talks and knowledge sharing, focusing on "Envisioning a simpler, more resilient backend". 💬 This event featured engaging discussions led by 6 internal speakers spanning all our teams here at Voi, along with a special guest, Niklas Gustavsson, Chief Architect from Spotify. The energy was on top as 23 engineers and managers actively participated in our unconference session, sparking insightful conversations based on the day's themes. 🛠️ Taking it a step further, we embraced a cross-team lab day to implement ideas from the unconference, enhancing our local dev environment and exploring the innovative DevBox initiative. 🎉 Celebrating 15 Million Rides in #Hamburg! We are thrilled to announce that our rider community in Hamburg has reached an impressive milestone – completing the 15 millionth ride with Voi! A Key Player in Hamburg's Mobility Landscape: Since 2019, Voi has become a vital part of the city’s transport network, contributing to reducing car traffic and enhancing public transport on the last mile. Hamburg is Voi's second strongest city in Germany and ranks in the top 5 globally! Embraced in the Suburbs: Interestingly, most of our rides take place outside the city center, proving that e-scooters are a valuable solution for the "last mile" in Hamburg's outer districts. Enhancing Urban Space: Our collaboration with the city to introduce dedicated parking areas has improved the organization of public spaces and made it even easier for riders to park responsibly. With more zones planned, we’re excited to further enhance mobility in Hamburg. Here’s to the next million rides and making Hamburg even more liveable!

As a key local employer in #Liverpool, Voi is always on the lookout for ways our team of experts can pass on their skills and knowledge to young people across the city. Over the summer, we were pleased to welcome trainees from the Steps to Work employability programme at Strawberry Field, run by the The Salvation Army, to our Liverpool warehouse. The Steps to Work programme empowers young adults aged 18-25 with learning difficulties, who are neurodivergent or have barriers to employment into paid work. The trainees spent the day getting some hands on experience of taking scooters apart and sifting the parts for reuse and recycling. Later, trainees had the opportunity to ask our fleet specialists questions about their day-to-day responsibilities and for advice for working in the industry. Chris Vernon, Employment Development Co-ordinator at Strawberry Field, commented that the day was "a massive opportunity to come to an amazing place like Voi to get some skills and for the trainees to get some hands on experience working with the team." It was a great day, enjoyed by all, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with Chris and the Steps to Work trainees in the future. On Sunday, we celebrated #WorldCarFreeDay, a global initiative that began in the late 1980s to encourage a break from car use and highlight the benefits of cleaner, more sustainable transport options. Today, it’s embraced across the European Union as part of the collective push toward greener cities. In anticipation of the day, LEVI - Light Electric Vehicle Innovationcluster and Electric Empire - the Association for Micro Electric Vehicles in Germany -organized the New Mobility Parade in Berlin, and we were excited to take part. The 20 km parade through the heart of the city demonstrated the power and potential of electric micromobility to transform urban transport. From monocycles, to e-scooters, e-bikes and microcars, the event showed how these solutions can lead the way to a more sustainable future. At Voi, we’re committed to driving this change.
