With payment systems and point-of-sale systems operating separately, there are inevitably gaps in the process. As a dining technology platform, the ordering and payment functions should be integrated to create a seamless dining experience and efficient operational processes. - Kai Tang said that the company has primarily served large enterprises in the past. By partnering with Aigens, the company has been able to leverage Aigens' experience and gain deeper insights into the demands of the dining market, including small and medium-sized dining businesses. Since both parties have completed the integration of their backend systems, dining merchants can access Adyen's services through the Aigens platform without incurring additional system costs. - Hans added that many have asked why Aigens did not develop a complete payment solution on its own. He responded that this involves numerous areas of expertise, and if resources were invested in development, it would inevitably take several years. Therefore, partnering with a technically mature company is the wisest choice. - The coverage listed three operation flows of how Aigens Pay integrated Adyen for Platforms, and mentioned Aigens’ introduction of Tap to Pay on Android.
