Just a few weeks ago, Asahi partnered with Pure Grain Network to host an incredible Field Day at their trial farm in Northern New South Wales, Australia. Over 300 attendees from across the grain supply chain joined us to explore innovative trials and discuss Asahi’s ambitious Sustainability Goals. The event underscored the importance of collaboration and collective action in driving sustainability forward showing that together, we can make real impact.   This was just the beginning! We’re excited to continue to engage with the barley supply chain to make strides towards our sustainability goals in 2025 and a bigger, better event in 2025. Asahi recently hosted a successful Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Council meeting in Singapore, marking a historic first in-person gathering of regional DE&I representatives. The council served as a platform for shaping Asahi's global DE&I strategy and enhancing DE&I skills through learning opportunities and insights from industry experts. The council organized various activities, such as group discussions, capacity-building workshops, trade visits, and a visit to the Asahi Global Procurement office to gain more understanding of its DE&I initiatives. This ensured each member left the council feeling more connected, trusted, and better equipped with DE&I capabilities to engage with key stakeholders in their respective regions. This Global DE&I Council has been a significant step in our journey towards building a more diverse, equitable, and #inclusive workplace.
