We are excited to share that Dennis Laubenstein has been appointed Capella Taipei's General Manager! Dennis is a Capella veteran with over a decade of experience at Capella Singapore, Capella Tufu Bay, and most recently as General Manager of Capella Hanoi. He's best known for curating unique guest experiences inspired by local culture and innovative touchpoints, which led him to establishing Capella Hanoi as a leader in delivering unparallelled luxury experiences in Vietnam. Dennis was instrumental in establishing Capella Hanoi’s first Michelin-starred restaurant and positioning the hotel’s cocktail bar, The Hudson Rooms, among Asia’s 100 Best Bars in 2024. As we anticipate Capella Taipei's opening in Q1 2025, Dennis will continue to champion dining excellence, with exciting plans to elevate Capella Taipei’s extraordinary culinary offerings.
