Happy Earth Day! 🌏 As part of our commitment to a greener future and in line with this year’s Earth Day theme of “Planet vs Plastics”, Castlery took on the Earth Day Challenge organised by Custos Technologies, where our employees undertook more than 900 sustainable actions over a 2-week period - ranging from bringing our own bags, cups, and lunch boxes, to implementing more eco-conscious practices in our daily work lives. We are proud to have emerged top amongst the Singapore companies that took part! We also partnered with 3 local sustainable brands in our Orchard Flagship store: Plantitude Singapore, My Naked Bar, and The Tinkerbox. These partnerships served to raise awareness among our customers, while showcasing eco-friendly alternatives for home living that are both stylish and sustainable. Let’s keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible for sustainable growth and a healthier planet. This year, Castlery celebrated its 10th anniversary. What an incredible journey these past 10 years has been! A journey that started with a 4-man team in 2013, to a 300-strong global workforce today. A journey that has taken us from a small basement office in Ubi, to over 100 metropolitan areas across the US, Australia, and Singapore. A journey that continues to establish firsts even in 2023, as we: ✅ Delivered our 1,000,000th product. ✅ Moved to a new 15,000 sqft global HQ office in Tai Seng. ✅ Launched our 10th Anniversary Limited Edition furniture collection. Along the way, we’ve reached milestones that we could only dream of when we first started. We’ve also hit roadblocks that we thought we would never overcome. We are grateful for all the help and support received from our partners and friends this past decade. Special thanks to Enterprise Singapore for their continued guidance and support over the years. You are the reason we remain motivated to innovate and improve our products and services. Lastly but certainly not least, we can never appreciate enough all our employees, both past and present, who have served faithfully through thick and thin these past 10 years.
