Yesterday, BYD Singapore Commercial Trucks by Inchcape+ achieved a major milestone in sustainable mobility by officially placing an order for 100 BYD T9R electric heavy-duty trucks at the Singapore International Transportation and Commercial Expo (SITCE). This landmark order, the largest single acquisition of BYD electric heavy-duty trucks in Singapore, underscores Inchcape+’s commitment to leading the green energy transition in the commercial vehicle sector. Aligned with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030, it supports the nation’s ambitious sustainability goals by fostering cleaner and more resilient transportation solutions. In recognition of World Mental Health Day on October 10th, we are joining the global effort to raise awareness of mental health. Throughout October, we have organized a campaign titled ‘Ho Seh Bo?’, a local dialect expression meaning ‘How are you?’. Our goal is to foster a supportive community where employees check in on each other, encouraging care and connection. A variety of activities are planned as part of this initiative, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultations and massages to help everyone relax, as well as mobile ice cream carts at all work sites to encourage colleagues to express gratitude. Additionally, we have introduced ‘Fight Do’ sessions, providing our colleagues with an opportunity to de-stress through movement. All these initiatives are designed to create space for self-care, reflection, and open conversations about mental well-being, while encouraging everyone to recharge and reconnect.
