We were honored to host our #global and #APAC leadership teams at our inaugural ‘Kopi Connect’ session, celebrating open communication and community. A special thanks to Duncan Tait for his meaningful gift, we will cherish the brass bell and make good use of it to celebrate our wins and motivate our team. #InchcapeSingapore #KopiConnect #OneInchcape #OneWinningTeam
I’d like to extend my deepest thanks to our global executive team - Duncan Tait Ruslan Kinebas Helen Cunningham Mike Bowers, as well as our APAC leadership team - Dean Sykes Nicola Gear - and our Group Communications director Mark McCarthy for taking the time to visit us and participate in our first-ever 'Kopi Connect' session with our colleagues. Inspired by Singapore’s local kopi tradition, 'Kopi Connect' was launched at Inchcape Singapore to nurture stronger relationships and foster open communication between our leadership and teams. It’s a simple yet powerful way to break down barriers, exchange ideas, and strengthen our Inchcape community. A special highlight of the visit was Duncan’s thoughtful gift to our market - an engraved brass bell, inscribed with "One Inchcape, One Winning Team." This bell has special significance to us at Inchcape Singapore, where it has become a tradition to ring the bell in celebration of small wins and achievements. Originally introduced prior to COVID-19 at our aftersales workshop, the ringing of the bell symbolizes progress and motivates us to keep striving for success. We are truly touched by this gesture, and Duncan’s recognition of our tradition only strengthens our commitment to celebrating every win, no matter how big or small, as one team. Looking forward to many more meaningful conversations and connections, new traditions, and moments of celebration as one Inchcape family. #InchcapeSingapore #KopiConnect #Leadership #TeamBuilding #StrongerTogether
