Shaping Singapore’s landscape by delivering quality landmark projects safely, efficiently and on schedule since 1965.

About us

Kimly Construction was founded in 1965 and first started out by carrying out Alteration & Addition (A&A) works managed by the Singapore Public Works Department (PWD). We quickly built a reputation of doing good quality work with integrity, which led Kimly to be awarded numerous contracts from the PWD. Kimly Construction Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1975. Building on our initial success, Kimly ventured into larger building projects in the 1980s. Ranging from public projects for PWD, Jurong Town Corporation (JTC), Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and Ministry of Education (MOE), to other private residential and industrial projects. In the 1990s, Kimly was at the forefront of undertaking Design & Build (D&B) projects adopted by private developers and government agencies. Today, Kimly is one of the most progressive builders in Singapore. We are constantly moving forward with the adoption of advanced technologies and continuously developing our project management capabilities. Kimly continues to build upon our track record by constantly striving to ensure high standards of quality and safety. We execute every project with accountability and work closely with our clients and partners to build strong lasting relationships.

  • Kimly Academy Industry Learning Journey We are excited to share the highlights from Kimly's first Industry Learning Journey to BCA Academy and Buildo Engineering Showroom, where our colleagues gained valuable insights into sustainable building innovations. The journey began with an insightful introduction and a guided tour of BCA Academy's Zero Energy Building (ZEB), where Ms.Xylia showcased how energy-efficient technologies, smart building solutions, and innovative design come together to achieve zero energy consumption. This session deepened our understanding of how sustainability can be seamlessly integrated into the built environment. The visit to Buildo Showroom was equally enriching. The Buildo team introduced their green building products such as ALC panels, cork-based thermal insulation solutions, and eco-friendly waterproofing systems-demonstrating how sustainable materials can help reduce environmental impact while managing construction costs. A big thank you to BCA Academy and Buildo for the insightful sharing and warm hospitality, including the lunch and tea break treats! This trip marks a key step in our journey to foster a continuous learning culture and embrace sustainable practices in our projects. Let's stay tuned for our next learning journey as we continue to expand our knowledge and inspire greener innovations! 🌱💪 #Sustainability #kimlyconstruction #teambonding #GreenBuildingSolutions #KimlyAcademy #ContinuousLearning

  • At Kimly Construction, we believe in building more than just infrastructure—we build communities. Our Director, Mr. Roy Khoo, recently spoke on CNA about the growing hoarding issue in Singapore and how the New Environment Action Team is stepping up to provide coordinated support for affected households. As one of 28 members from government agencies, social service agencies, community groups, and private organisations, the The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) plays a key role in these efforts which includes: coordinating manpower and materials to refresh homes, conducting training sessions for volunteers in basic painting and plumbing repairs. Beyond addressing hoarding, this initiative is part of a broader Corporate Social Responsibility effort to uplift vulnerable individuals and create safer, healthier living environments. As Treasurer and Co-Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility at SCAL, Mr. Roy Khoo collaborates with community partners to drive meaningful change, ensuring that CSR is not just an initiative—it’s a responsibility. Together, we are committed to making a difference. 📺 Watch the CNA feature here: https://lnkd.in/g3-dZwsV Read more from CNA : https://lnkd.in/gM4Dq-n3 Read more from MND : https://lnkd.in/gXJUnEWD #KimlyConstruction #CSR #BuildingABetterFuture #SocialResponsibility
