The construction of the food processing industrial development at 55 Tuas South is progressing as planned, with the Temporary Occupation Permit expected to be issued by the end of August 2024, and units ready for sale in September 2024. The group's total solar energy capacity has reached approximately 6.0 megawatts. Capital recycling efforts include a joint venture to acquire Wilmer Place and the divestment of a 40% stake in Bukit Timah Shopping Centre car park.
