We have announced a significant renewal of our Board of Directors on Friday evening, effective 8 February 2025. Our Non-Executive and Non-Independent Chairman of the Board, Mr Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, will retire from office after serving for about 12 years. In recognition of his extraordinary contributions to the Group, Mr Charoen will be appointed as Chairman Emeritus following his retirement. Mr Charoen will be succeeded by Mr Chumpol NaLamlieng, who brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our Board. Mr Chumpol will be appointed as a Non-Executive and Independent Chairman of the Board. In addition, Mr Tan Pheng Hock, a Non-Executive and Independent Director will retire from office and Dr Nithinart Sinthudeacha will be appointed in his place. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr Tan for his dedication and invaluable contributions to the Group during his tenure and are also excited to welcome Dr Nithinart who brings with her extensive experience and expertise that will be instrumental in our value creation journey. Frasers Property has released its business updates for the first financial quarter ended 31 December 2024. Key highlights from the quarter include the launch of joint residential development, The Orie, which achieved 86% sales over its launch weekend, the announced joint redevelopment of Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk into a mixed-use lifestyle hub, and the divestment of Coorparoo Square Retail Centre in Australia.
