"One of the ways we are exploring nature-positive transition is to increase the greenery in our urban real estate projects. This initiative not only helps in cooling down the surrounding temperature and improving air quality but also enhances the living conditions for building occupants. It is a modest example of how nature-based solutions can yield multiple benefits." - Wanshi Zheng, Group Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer, Frasers Property Limited Governments and businesses are stepping up their efforts to reverse biodiversity loss with the aim of achieving nature-positive status by 2050 globally. Across our properties, we strive to incorporate nature-based solutions that allow ecological communities to thrive. 🎉 #Congratulations to our team in #Australia! Frasers Property Australia’s retail portfolio achieved the highest customer satisfaction score in the 2024 Shopper Sentiment Report by Prescient Research, outperforming other retail centres by over 30 points or 15% above the neighbourhood centre benchmark. The results validate our considered approach to curating retail offers tailored to local communities, highlighting the importance of thoughtful engagement and strategic, customer-centric programs in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This recognition further demonstrates the importance of the power of listening, a key attribute that brings to life our Purpose – Inspiring experiences, creating places for good. #InspiringExperiences #CreatingPlacesForGood #RealEstate #FrasersProperty #Retail
Our customers have spoken: the Frasers Property Australia retail portfolio is Australia’s top performer when it comes to customer satisfaction, according to the 2024 Shopper Sentiment Report by Prescient Research. Based on the NPS+ metric, which measures shopper satisfaction, their likelihood to return and whether customers view a centre as better than its competitors, our centres vastly outperform the neighbourhood centre benchmark, reinforcing the importance we place on curating a retail offer specifically to the local communities we serve. Huge thanks to our retail team, our wonderful tenants and of course, the valued customers of our retail centres, including the Eastern Creek Quarter mixed-use retail destination and Ed.Square Town Centre in Sydney, and our award-winning centres at Burwood Brickworks in Melbourne and Coorparoo Square in Brisbane.

🎨 During the mid-year school holidays in June, we hosted ‘Paint It Forward’ across nine of our retail malls in #Singapore. Members of the public donated S$10 to take part and art jam on canvases created by artists from The Art Faculty, a social enterprise by Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) / Pathlight School. For every completed canvas, we also made a donation of S$10. We raised a total S$100K for the Community Chest Singapore in support of art programmes for persons with disabilities through this initiative. Tan Kee Yong, Chief Operating Officer of Retail, Frasers Property Singapore presented the donation to Jack Lim, Managing Director, Community Chest at Causeway Point on 5 July. Completed canvases from the Paint It Forward sessions were put together to form a Community Canvas Collage displayed at Causeway Point from 2 to 7 July 2024. In addition, trainees from the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) were invited to art jam and complete the canvas collage. CPAS is also one of the beneficiaries who will be receiving a portion of the donations from Community Chest, through their Special Arts CCA and GROW programme. #InspiringExperiences #CreatingPlacesForGood #RealEstate #FrasersProperty #FrasersPropertySingapore #PaintItForward #ArtForGood #Community #CommunityInvestment #Retail #DEI #EveryoneIsAble SG Enable

Dorin Phua, Assistant Manager, Group Strategic Communications & Branding, is one of many passionate employees at Frasers Property who step up to do volunteer work for the community. In 2023, we participated in a national pilot corporate volunteering project in #Singapore aimed at creating a new volunteering model co-led by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), Company of Good and National Council of Social Service (NCSS), alongside 13 other corporate organisations. In real estate, accessibility, liveability and inclusiveness remain important considerations when we invest in, design, develop and operate our properties. We extend these efforts with community partnerships and employee volunteering further supporting inclusion in our local communities, in line with our community investment framework. In FY23, we contributed over 6,800 employee volunteer hours and nearly $2 million via around 200 community investment activities. #InspiringExperiences #CreatingPlacesForGood #RealEstate #FrasersProperty #CommunityInvestment #SocialImpact #ESG
Dorin Phua's passion for community involvement began when she first volunteered at an event organised by her company, Frasers Property. Through her role in the company, Dorin was able to explore meaningful volunteering projects for her colleagues to contribute to the communities. To encourage more to volunteer, she and her colleagues devised a nifty solution called 'volun-teaming', where a team of four volunteers take turns to visit seniors in pairs. This not only ensures that seniors get to see familiar faces, but also allows teams to work around their schedules, opening doors for staff to join corporate volunteering efforts, as they continue to sustain and scale their impact as an organisation. The Alexandra precinct is home to our #Singapore headquarters, Alexandra Point and high-spec business space campus Alexandra Technopark. Tenants and occupiers from both adjacent properties enjoy a range of end-of-trip facilities, fitness amenities and regular events. ✨ We recently hosted our tenants to ‘Cocktail under the Stars’, providing an opportunity for everyone to know one another better, and for us to get to hear more from our tenants. Our leaders also took the opportunity to further share on Frasers Property’s efforts to create future-ready workspaces that are sustainable and have smart features. As we continue to strengthen our tenant engagement efforts, we hope to create a vibrant and inspiring environment for our tenants to thrive, and for their employees to enjoy coming to work. #InspiringExperiences #CreatingPlacesForGood #RealEstate #FrasersProperty #FrasersPropertySingapore #Commercial #TenantEngagement
It was great fun hosting a networking evening for our tenants at Alexandra Point and Alexandra Technopark on 27 June. The atmosphere was fantastic with everyone bonding over a strong sense of being in one community. The event took place at Connect@Alexandra Point, a new flex space facility that is part of the comprehensive suite of communal facilities and amenities shared by the two neighbouring properties. Both properties completed major asset enhancements in recent years aimed at creating smart, future-ready and community-centric workplaces. We have also stepped-up placemaking significantly and adopted digitalisation widely, to improve workplace experience. Landlords and building managers have an important role in providing vibrant, engaging and productive workplaces for our tenants to thrive and for their employees to enjoy coming to work. #RealEstate #FrasersProperty #FrasersPropertySingapore #CommunityBuilding #Placemaking #WorkplaceInspiration #TenantEngagement
