What are the key growth sectors for Singapore’s economy? What are the potential market opportunities unlocked by new trade agreements? This year’s Enterprise 50 AGM, themed "Ready for Tomorrow," served as a platform for insightful discussions on Singapore's economic future. Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat engaged in a dialogue addressing the importance of maintaining economic resilience amidst global uncertainties and geopolitical tensions. Strategies were shared on how Singapore and ASEAN can navigate these challenges while ensuring continued prosperity. Our Chief Economist and Head of Global Markets Research & Strategy, Selena Ling, contributed valuable insights on equities, property markets, gold prices, and the rise of digital commerce, providing a comprehensive outlook on consumer trends and growth projections for Singapore and ASEAN. The conversation also emphasised the significance of sustainability initiatives and ESG compliance as businesses prepare for the future. Since 2006, OCBC has proudly sponsored the Enterprise 50 and Enterprise 50 (E50) Association, dedicated to fostering growth among Singapore’s leading enterprises. We remain committed to supporting businesses in seizing opportunities and building a sustainable and successful future. Photo credit: E50 Association #OCBC #E50Association
