Kicking off 2025 with Innovation in Maritime!    A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the first Maritime Innovation Committee (MIC) activity of the year! There's a saying “三个臭皮匠，顶过诸葛亮” (when encounter challenges, act together and the solutions will emerge). This is my takeaway this week as I reflected on tripartite partnership. Firstly, congratulations to Association of Singapore Marine & Offshore Energy Industries (ASMI) leadership team working with government agencies and the unions (#tripartite efforts)to launch the industry plan this week. Indeed, formulating the plan together will increase #ownership of the plan, and hence the #commitments to achieve the outcome collectively!
