The PMsquare Asia team was joined by Kinaxis this week, as we hosted a roundtable with senior professionals from Thailand to explore strategies for effective collaboration between supply chain and finance teams via integrated business planning IBP. PMsquare Asia's CFO, Jason Rankin, opened the session, followed by leading supply chain and logistics expert ( former assessor and committee Innovation Technology Prime Minister award ) Peach M., who explored how IBP can serve as a bridge between supply chain and finance functions to support seamless communication and data-driven decision making. One of the highlights of the event was a discussion led by James Field and Kobkul Chintanawetchakul, Ph.D.., which explored the importance of collaboration in creating the strategic alignment vital to driving growth via an optimised supply chain. We were joined by Daniel Lau from Kinaxis Asia, who showcased the Planning One solution and took the audience through how the platform can facilitate the alignment of business, finance, and supply chain strategy. It was a great session with plenty of insight from our speakers and guests, and we thank everyone who joined us on the day. #Kinaxis #planningone #supplychainoptimisation #financetransformation #IBP
