This strategic partnership will strengthen our platform by providing access to an expanded network of institutional relationships, financial institutions, and real estate opportunities. Furthermore, CLI's strategic capital investment in our current and future funds will further enhance our alignment with our investors.

Earlier this week, our Chairman, Suchad Chiaranussati, spoke at ANREV Tokyo's panel on "Hospitality Resurgence: Reviving the Travel and Tourism Sector." Alongside his fellow panelists, he delved into the current state of Japan's hospitality market and shared valuable insights on the sector's resilience against the current landscape.   Suchad spoke about the appeal of the Japanese hospitality sector based on his own experience on the ground - from his initial investments in 2010, to our recent acquisition of a 27-hotel portfolio situated across major tourist destinations in Japan. We had a fantastic time hosting a networking BBQ & drinks session for the ANREV Young Professionals at our Singapore office for the second consecutive year!
