🤸Flex or Lax? In 2015, I was asked to take on a major project. I rejected it at first as my mother was critically ill at that time and I felt I could not give the project my 150% commitment. My boss Mike did something quite unprecedented for that time - he let me WFH before WFH was even a thing. I took on the project while working from the hospital and home. I am immensely grateful for the flexibility to this day and decided in 2019 that MSIG Singapore will implement Flexible Work Arrangements for all our employees.
