We’re thrilled to have partnered with Collinson International on this exciting event at the beautiful Orchid Restaurant in Taipei! It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with Taiwan’s leading financial institutions, travel, and loyalty partners to discuss travel-led loyalty programmes and their evolving role in the financial services industry. The Asian Banker Research Director and Head of TABInsights, Chris Kapfer , provided a comprehensive comparison of premium travel-led credit card loyalty programmes, particularly focusing on affluent customer segments. The collaboration between Citi and American Airlines, which marked a major milestone in loyalty programmes, was one of the highlights that demonstrated how partnerships can deliver tremendous value to customers. We also appreciated Rohan Bhalla, CLMP™’s deep dive into the Collinson Travel Playbook, which was built on the success of the Sapphire Premium Program, co-created with JPMorganChase. Rohan showed how these insights can be applied to meet today’s challenges, offering actionable strategies for building sustainable customer loyalty. The event got off to a great start with Collinson International's head of Asia Pacific, James Ellis, setting the stage with his valuable overview of its vision for travel-led loyalty programme in Asia Pacific. Kudos to Carmen Jessica Wong for her excellent hosting and to Andrea Ang for coordinating to make this event seamless. As Foo Boon Ping 胡文彬, President and Managing Editor of The Asian Banker, said during the event, "It’s critical to look at loyalty programmes not just as tools for customer engagement, but as key components of holistic financial and risk management strategies." We are proud to support Collinson International in this exciting journey, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration. And finally, we eagerly anticipate the upcoming Collinson global survey on travel-led loyalty programmes and the insights it will bring to further shape the future of customer loyalty! #CollinsonInternational #TravelLoyalty #FinancialInstitutions #LoyaltyProgrammes #CustomerLoyalty #PremiumCreditCards #CitiAmericanAirlines #SapphireProgram #JPMorganChase #CollinsonPlaybook #AsiaPacific #FinancialServices #CustomerEngagement #RiskManagement #EventCollaboration #TaiwanFinancials #TravelRewards #FutureOfLoyalty #GlobalSurvey #TheAsianBanker #TABGlobal
