🔊Today’s News: Yokogawa RAP turns 30 today! 🎊🎉 Thirty years ago, in the Welsh city of Swansea, Yokogawa RAP was founded. The company and product were established to gather, harness and champion workplace safety knowledge for workers in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. That was in 1994. Fast forward to 2024, and Yokogawa’s Oprex™ Control of Work RAP4 software has not only led the way with innovative Control of Work technology but has also expanded its reach globally to many other high hazard industries such as offshore, pharmaceutical manufacturing, steel, ports and more. What has remained consistent throughout these three decades is the unwavering commitment to ensure that our class-leading software enables workers to return home safely to their families every day. Today, the 4th of October, marks an extraordinary day as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Yokogawa Singapore Development Centre (SGDC)! #OnThisDay in 2004, #Yokogawa established SGDC, the first of its kind corporate R&D centre outside Japan.
