PROJECT MANAGER

Indigo Slate is looking for a Project Manager. You’ll be part of the project delivery teams while also working with other departments to ensure that projects are coordinated and aligned with organizational objectives. The Project Manager is the primary day-to-day contact with the strategy and studio team to implement various campaigns. You will also build a good client relationship, by pairing with the accounts team, which will enable you to have a clear understanding of the client’s requirements. In certain cases, you will assist the creative team with asset localization. You are the guardian of the project schedules, tracking and reporting.

This individual should have a proven track record of successful project delivery, good knowledge of digital production processes and best practices.

• You have experience with Partner and traditional Go-To-Market services. You possess the right energy and attitude to work within a team dedicated to success.
• Knowledgeable about marketing activities and deliverables (Media plans, strategy brief, creative brief, digital assets, webinar…)
• Ability to understand and follow agreed workflows to ensure smooth delivery of digital assets.
• Ease at managing project progress and updating daily tracker during live projects.
• See the importance of rigid asset management tracking.
• Strong organizational and process-driven mindset to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, driving team alignment and high performance.
• At ease in facilitating clear communication of briefs to the strategy and studio teams.
• Understand the importance of client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The role:

As a Project Manager in this role, you will be pivotal in driving the successful delivery of projects by applying established project management methodologies and best practices. Your responsibilities will encompass managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Additionally, you will play a key role in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives and partner expectations.

Specifically, you will...

Governance:

• Implement project management processes and templates in alignment with company standards.
• Review briefs against the agreed guidelines and approved packages, enforce policies and standards for project execution.

Tracking and Monitoring:

• Regularly track and report on project status, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing clear visibility to all stakeholders.
• Manage risk, issue, and change resolution processes, proactively addressing any challenges that arise and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Utilize project management software to monitor progress, allocate resources effectively, and identify areas for improvement.

Relationship Management:

• Seek opportunities to collaborate across the teams, connecting activities to simplify and drive success.
• Collaborate with internal and client to align project goals and expectations, driving close cooperation and successful results.
• Seek opportunities to enhance client relationships and return business.

Your Experience:

• 4+ years of project management experience preferred.
• All candidates Must have advance English (Written and Verbal) C1 level only
• Multilingual is a big plus in growing our global teams.
• Strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies (e.g., PPM Certification / Scrum master ).
• Problem solving, escalating when needed.
• Experience working with a team of SMEs (Strategy, Creative, Media, Accounts, PMs).
• Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.
• Extensive experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies
• Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
• Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
