Remember that time you thought your project would never see the light of day? We’ve been there too. Getting your product out there fast is crucial. If you don't ship fast, you might not exist at the end of the year. 👉 It's the difference between being the disruptor and the disrupted. We've seen countless teams get burned by partners who promise the moon but deliver... well, less. At BRACKETS by TRIAD, we've built our reputation on delivering under pressure. Tight deadlines? We're used to working fast and efficiently. How do we do it?  👉 It's a combination of flexibility, determination, and a healthy dose of experience. Nobody wants to build the wrong product—but how do you avoid it? We start by asking tough questions. Before any work begins, we dive deep into your business goals and user needs. Our workshops are designed to surface hidden assumptions and uncover critical insights. We call it proactive questioning, and it’s key. Our tech team is also on the lookout for potential pitfalls. They'll challenge your assumptions and validate your briefs to ensure everything is aligned. This reduces the risk of unwelcome surprises down the line. But we don't stop there. Regular demos keep you in the loop. Early feedback means we can course-correct quickly, avoiding costly mistakes down the line. Ready to minimize risk and maximize success? Let's talk.

Co-founder of TRIAD Advertising | Expanded to 100+ Employees & Multiple "Agency of the Year" Titles | Founder of Kontentino.com & Allfred.io | SaaS that innovate agency operations globally

Agency owners in their 20s make the best SaaS founders in their 30s Why? For many agency owners, SaaS offers a scalable path forward, moving beyond traditional client work. We’re seeing this shift happen across the industry — and finally I understand why 😊 Four months ago, I spoke at the BRACKETS by TRIAD Innovators' Meetup explaining what led me to launch our own SaaS companies Kontentino and Allfred. I realized how many successful SaaS companies have emerged from the agency world. I mentioned global giants like Intuit Mailchimp, Basecamp by 37signals, or HubSpot… Today, at SaaStock conference, Nathan Latka delivered an great talk with the same point adding even more to the list :) and highlighting the unique advantages that agencies have when building SaaS businesses. His presentation was the missing piece of the puzzle. (BTW If you don’t already follow Nathan, you should. His sweet spot is bootstrapped companies — many of which started out as agencies.) After Nathan’s talk, I reflected on why agencies are often a breeding ground for SaaS innovation. Here are the five key advantages agencies possess — and many other founders don’t. Recognizing these strengths can give agency owners a huge edge 🚀: 1️⃣ Direct Problem Insights: Agencies live and breathe client challenges every day, giving them unmatched insight into the real problems that need solving. 2️⃣ Existing Revenue Stream: Agencies don’t need to hunt for seed money. They can bootstrap their SaaS projects with revenue from their current clients. 3️⃣ Established Network: With a ready-made client base, agencies can quickly test, iterate, and scale SaaS products, leveraging their existing audience. 4️⃣ Specialized Expertise: Agencies are often niche specialists. This allows them to design highly effective, targeted SaaS solutions for specific market problems. 5️⃣ Operational Foundation: The skills gained from running an agency — project management, client relations, problem-solving — are exactly what’s needed to run a successful SaaS business. What do you think? What other strengths or insights do agencies have that make them so well-suited for launching successful SaaS products? By the way, I’m here at SaaStock with an incredible team from Hana Ramiro Ján Michal Vladimír and Pavol. The experience has been eye-opening, not just from a SaaS perspective, but also for agency owners looking to explore growth opportunities in this direction. I recommend attending for inspiration. 🔥

What an incredible few days at SaaStock! Thank you for that SaaStock team. Here's my recap (it was hard to pick just a few thoughts): Listening to Tomasz Tunguz during his debate when talking about "Service as a Software" (opposing to a Software as a Service) raised an interesting question for me: As AI drives down the cost of developing custom software, could we see a shift in how companies approach their tech stacks, moving away from expensive SaaS solutions? Tomasz also pointed out that traditional SaaS tools target just 5% of a company’s budget, while AI is aiming to replace humans, who account for a much larger portion of costs. This means AI is targeting a far bigger budgets! Nathan Latka again shared a lot of handul tips (I will share in a follow-up post with a few photos). Again, founder-market fit more important than product-market fit. SaaS far from dead but companies need to offer “SaaS plus” something extra—whether it’s hardware, media, or additional services. People increasingly rely on AI, having a strong SEO base will be crucial to even get noticed—though I wonder, is that really any different from now? 🤔 The term Service as a Software came up again in Des Traynor’s talk (“S**t is Getting Real: AI’s Path to Product-Market-Fit”) — I'm gonna watch this one. He also gave a fascinating and entertaining history of the transforming SaaS industry over the past years. He sees the evolution of AI tools in three stages: 1. We help humans do a single task job 2. We tackle a whole workflow entirely 3. We do the work of an entire team I also loved Howard Lerman's talk who gave some thought-provoking (and maybe a bit controversial!) advices—like “never delegate” and “always do live demos, and if they fail, it’s a feature because everyone will remember it!” He also shared this quote from Rick Rubin which I found cool to think about. On top of all the great insights, I met some fantastic new people, made valuable connections, and maybe even a few new friends along the way. 😊 Also, managed to squeeze in a run, check out the local climbing gym, and yes—taste a couple of Guinnesses 🍻 (when in Ireland, right?). Already looking forward to next year!
