Cette mission s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet #SENSpatial. 📈 Impact et Vision : Avec le soutien du GICC et de l'Ambassade de France, le projet SEN Spatial ambitionne de faire du Sénégal un hub régional de développement socio-économique grâce aux données géospatiales. Après le succès de l'événement à Dakar en octobre 2023, cette nouvelle étape vise à renforcer les liens entre les partenaires français et sénégalais. 🌍 Opportunités de cette mission : Établir des partenariats solides avec des leaders de l'industrie. I'm delighted to announce that Tolbi took part in the first edition of the Pan-African food debate issue in Algiers, held from May 20 to 21, 2024, co-organized by ISRA and GRFI during Salon SIPSA Filaha Agrofood, from May 20 to 23, 2024 at SAFEX. We would like to thank the Director General of ISRA, Momar Talla Seck, for including us in this major event, highlighting strategic reflexions insights into the challenges of food security in Africa. Tolbi was also the winner of the AFRIKA SIPSA INNOV AWARDS 2024, taking second prize in this competition rewarding technological innovations in the service of agriculral industry. Delighted to have taken part for Tolbi in the presentation of Côte d'Ivoire's land use map, a major milestone for the effectiveness of the EUDR from January 1, 2025 for commodities such as cocoa, rubber and palm oil. It's also gratifying to see local expertise working with partners to complete this work. This result will provide stakeholders with a 91%-accuracy map based on GeoAI and field work to carry out due diligence, halt deforestation, and enable compliant agricultural cooperatives and companies to continue to access international markets for the sale of their agricultural products.

La Côte d’Ivoire a élaboré et met à disposition une carte nationale d’occupation des sols 2020 pour aider à la mise en œuvre des politiques nationales et faciliter la diligence raisonnable des opérateurs dans le cadre de la #EUDR pour le cacao , l’hévéa et le palmier à huile.
