I'm a big fan of board games and Im very happy when I see board game online!! (Or just game with cards) 👍👍👍 It works on potato PC✅✅ Also you can make your own deck what is really cool!!

Gwent in the Witcher 3 was a lot of fun as a mini game, however competatively it wuld've been far less fun. When converting it to its own game they understood that and overhauled the game (while still keeping it recognisable) making this a rather fun game to play. Combine that with beautiful art for the cards and tokens I much enjoy this game.

Played for about 45 mins.
If you came here from Witcher 3 looking for more Gwent, chances are you're not going to like this (I certainly didn't). The siege row is gone, the cards and abilities are all different. It's just not the Gwent you came for.

If on the other hand you've been playing Gwent standalone before, then you may like this. Though it's quite different from the original Gwent standalone too.

I personally found this version to be too much like a mobile game on my PC, complete with loot-box mechanics. That's just not for me. I wanted more Witcher 3 Gwent. This ain't it. This is more like Gwent: ADHD Edition.

But hey, it's free to try at least.

The only card game I've spent money on just because I enjoy it that much. Unlocking cards isn't too difficult and the game-play is enjoyable. The mobile version is a great time killer on the train. Only downside is that the balancing could be better, as some decks are very strong while others are meh. I also feel there could be way more customisation options, but other than that it's a solid game.
