See title. I feel like there is still a lot of chance in the game, but since the demo is so shot that's okay. I still would like to know what conditions are neccesary to achieve such a high value.

I've tested this with version 1.2.14P from Steam and GOG - the menu option says "Save & Quit" - but it doesn't actually save the game. Selecting "Play" from the main menu simply launches a new game. I'm reaching out b/c I think this is a bug - I played numerous rounds on the 1.0.69P version of the prologue and it had 5 save slots that functioned correctly. I really like the interface improvements in 1.2.14P, so I thought I'd reach out about the save game issue. Thanks and God bless!...

I think this game has some solid potential, if it had more "skill" control in combination with the "random" choices, instead of relying entirely on random choices. You shouldn't really have to research something again, once you've already built it. Maybe instead you have to choose between researching something new, or building something old instead. There were games that just had such bad selections, and wouldn't offer anything i needed, for builds, leaders, it was just all the wrong combos to choose from...

Though I know that this just a demo, I am concerned about how rigid and inflexible this game currently is, especially when compared to similar games like Spellcaster University, Civilization, and Endless Space. Spellcaster University, for all its flaws (they are still working on it so they might solve them in the future) has 2 things going for it: A living, dynamic population of people with unique wants and needs, and a robust, flexible card system.
