Can mouse sensitivity be fixed?

The menu slider doesn't go low enough. I can't find any config files to edit.

There is no solution anywhere, so I'll write it off here even though it's late.
You need to create a configuration file in the folder with the game "autoexec.cfg" and write in it:
con_restricted = 0
cl_sensitivityMin = 0
cl_sensitivity = 0.075
The last value is the sensitivity.

I think I uninstalled the game because the solutions I found were lacking and I only bought the game to have the set on Steam.
I'll note your answer for next time and assume you've solved the problem.
