Report a translation problem
I know these situations with the tutorials (3 of them in time trial) and can only say that there are places in all three that have these strange behaviours. But I usually only have it once, for whatever reason this nonsense happens. Even in campaign/story. It often doesn't make sense. It also seems to me that these are Steam-specific version "problems"???. Back in time, with my retail version, many of these stupid behaviors didn't exist. I also have the feeling that with PhysX switched on you get stuck on small things on the floor much more often. I didn't play with PhysX before... just as a comparison. And well, I've actually been playing the same style since 2008 and I've been overcoming the same path with the same methods. Specific to each situation. I hope you can still manage it somehow. But maybe you have to set something in the graphics card center, like assigning a fixed max fps or some other fixes. Or maybe if you play with PhysX, try to disable it.
