Today we have some EXTREMELY exciting news to share: the Ragdoll LABS beta tests are coming soon!

For those in a hurry: how do I join the beta?

The Ragdoll LABS demo will be updated on February 28th (throughout the day) with the new physics engine, revamped visuals, and everything we've been working on so far. You’ll once again have 3 levels to play, including one where you can control THE CANNON! That’s right — it’s your turn to unleash the chaos! 😄

To join, simply download the demo (or update it if you already have it installed). We will also announce on our official Twitter/X channel[x.com] as soon as the beta is available.

2- We are currently working on new levels for the final version of Ragdoll LABS, quite different from the ones in the previous demo. Our focus is to ensure fun without sacrificing chaos! For example, the "Avalanche" level has been completely reworked and now spawns balls of various types, sizes, and weights, making our beloved ragdoll immune to some of them.

POV: Should I try to beat this level again? 😆

3- As previously announced, you will now be able to control cannons and vehicles, and we are designing specific levels to let you try these mechanics!

Last but not least, we created a playground to test the new physics engine. In the video below, you can see some of the new obstacles in action (all of which will be available in the level editor!).

Guess what? Ragdoll LABS is coming in Q1 2025!

Hello!

First of all, I would like to thank each and every one of you who downloaded the Ragdoll LABS demo and left feedback. I also want to give a special thanks to our entire community of players, as the demo still has many active players daily, even after almost 2 and a half years since its release. You guys rock!

Since June 2022, I have been collecting feedback about the game and working on it quietly. Today, with much more experience and after having released several other games, I finally feel ready to release the final version of Ragdoll LABS.

Among some new features, I can mention:

- Visual improvements: some elements of the original game have been replaced by visually improved versions, and this has made the game more interesting.

- Physics improvements: some elements of the physics have been rewritten from scratch, to make possible the requests made by our community (I'll tell you more about this below).

- New obstacles: we have some new obstacles to push ragdolls to their limits, such as the mega punch, the ragdoll magnet, pendulums and crushers.

- Now you decide when to respawn. That's right! One of the most requested items was developed so that you decide when it's the right time to suffer try again.

- You also decide when to start and stop slow motion! This is also one of the most requested items and makes the moments of contact even more fun (at least I think xD).

- If you're one of those who enjoys sharing moments with friends, we also have a brand new photo mode! Select any ragdoll and take creative and funny photos to record your most epic moments (or your bruises).

- Another highly requested feature we developed was a visual cue so you know where the cannon bombs will land and the blast radius. This makes the game a bit more predictable, so there is an option to turn this feature off for hardcore players.

Now for the cherry on top: the most requested feature...

YES! NOW YOU CAN DRIVE VEHICLES AND SHOOT CANNONS! \o/

It's time for revenge... Mouahahaha!

There are still more surprises coming, new levels, game modes and much more fun!
In addition to something that starts with W and I don't want to give spoilers for now... Guess what it is?

audio settings?

game audio is nicely balanced except it's super loud and also the sounds seem like they're more important than the music. so should have an option to reduce the music etc.

Import and Export

Will this game allow importing of characters in FBX or GLTF that can then be converted to ragdoll characters? Also interested to export the ragdoll animation to use in other applications.
