I searched for this answer and did not see it addressed. Can leaders level as city managers? Meaning if I leave a leader in a city to provide the bonuses from being an administrator, will the hero level just by managing the city? Some games that is a feature. Or can they only be leveled by leading armies? Thanks....

What is up with Tarth? They are the only faction that I have to reroll the start at least five times to get a decent (not that great) starting place to settle. Then, finding another settlement spot with three essence is rare, or on some maps, no where near my starting location. Are they OP or something that the game has to nerf them via map suppression? I am wondering if I am missing something. I currently do not see any reason to ever build a scout. They cannot loot any of the locations. They are very weak and will be attacked and killed by anything and everything. Was this just a trash unit the developers put in the game to get newbies to waste resources building?...

The boss man just mentioned it in the discord,lol. The number one thing I want is that all the units still show the armour,weapons visual changes on the units.I loved that. Changing to hexes or provinces too for a less square map would also to great. The dynastic system from Elemental is the only thing I would like added....
