Rice farming in america is actually very unique. Water is put on a field via temporary levees on a “grade” that follows the topography. Water flows downhill through each levee through gates. New levees each with a gate are put in the field every field cycle. This would make great gameplay.
The levees are planted in rice as well, and you cut the rice on the levees as u cut the field- crossing each levee with the combine. Very muddy. How fun would that be.
Really missing the mark. Would be home run if done right.
And by the way- water is not put on fields because rice needs so much water- its to keep grassy weeds from growing
