She clearly scales off HP and benefits from cooldown reduction on her Normal attack. I'm thinking HP%/Light%/CDR% for Breath/Blood/Tears relic slots. For the relic set, I'm considering Dancer, Traveler or Silent Slave.

Thoughts? All build musings are welcome.

Depends on what content you're wanting to do with her. Or rather, what content you're wanting to do with your main setup on her.

imo drop light dmg% for regen or consumption, and get heal% on last one for pvp.
CDR is super nice tho i got that on ring and weapon, you "only" need enough to have perma uptime, thats 40% but tbh, the amount shes healing makes perma uptime super overkill.

The knockdown on her e is very good, so going full cdr is def a thing. however i feel 60% healing increase from last relic slot is too good to pass up.

Personally i prefer the water set, but broken set is just fine.
