open lobbies - not sure if they was any while i was playing, but trying to get into an open lobby is impossible as there never is any, this may just be a lack of players.
doll - the doll was a cool mechanic for Emma expel mission, but there were many times where he would keep running even if you looked at him.
stim shot/revive - love the mechanic, but the mic after you come back does not work for quite some time
other than these, i had no real issues with the demo, look foward to playing the full game
