does it apply to every type of melee weapon in Torchlight 1?

I entered the Shadow Vault for the first time after finishing the MSQ. The enemies were scaled correctly on Floor 1, but as I go deeper it seems each floor just +1s the level of the enemies rather than actually scaling it. So right now on Floor 7 I was a Level 39 fighting Level 40 monsters, and now I'm on Floor 8 at Level 39 but now fighting Level 41 monsters. It's not too much a problem now but I see this becoming more problematic the deeper I get if scaling isn't working properly....

Good Day Adventurers I have completed Torchlight on Hard difficulty, but I must say it was very annoying experience. The higher my level grew, the more elemental damage given to me increased. What should I do? I died 10 times on Ordrak boss, because those drakonkins dealed like 1000dps and the whole dungeon before Ordrak was just meat grinder. My resistances are: Poison 235 ; Fire 199 ; Electric 513 ; Ice 265 Maximum HP 2686 ; Defense 89 (327-654) Is there any Torchlight vanilla veteran, who could help...

you need another or separate account to play torchlight multiplayer? or you can play it online normaly using steam alone without needing other service acc?
