Greetings. Im currently playing with Mexico and I noted that it hasnt any kind of laws and reforms. ¿Someone knows how I can mod the game to give laws and reforms to that nation? Thanks.

Is there a way to improve the games performance? I've had some turns talking alot of time.

I am about 5 years into the big campaign. I click to end my turn... go to the kitchen... make a sandwich... pour a drink... remember I havent gotten the mail... walk out to the mailbox... come back.. and it's still processing my turn. It's really frustrating to spend 2-5 minutes or longer between turns. I know they just came out with a patch that was supposed to speed up the game, but it's still slllooooooooowwww....
