I'll make a long story short: I start the game, it goes super fluid for the first one or two minutes, then the framerate, for no apparent reason, tanks and goes down to, like, less than 1 frame per second, to the point I can't even browse the menus and I have to close the game with the task manager. When I open the game I get the setup window, but the "play" button is grayed out. It worked before the latest windows update.
