Invincible enemies
I ran into a regular assassin enemy in the third stage who was completely invulnerable and he slowly killed all 80 of my zombies, then me. He was at 1 hp the whole time.

Yipe. I've seen invincible enemies that were broken and unable to move, but not active ones.

Too bad they didn't fix that issue back in early access when it was reported... Doesn't seem like anything's getting fixed now.
